Position - Associate/ Sr Recruiter Location - Mapusa Goa Eperience - min 4 yrs plus as a recuiter ( hiring experience in real estate company would be an added advantahe Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future manpower needs. Prepare job descriptions and specifications in alignment with organizational requirements. Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, conducting preliminary interviews, coordinating final rounds, and offer rollout. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, referrals, and vendor networks. Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for critical and volume-based positions. Handle junior , mid and mid-Sr level recruitment across departments. Coordinate with external consultants and recruitment agencies as needed. Ensure timely communication with candidates and maintain a strong candidate experience. Work on recruitment dashboards, MIS, and maintain all records in HRMS or tracking sheets. Assist in employer branding initiatives through career pages, social media, and events. Support onboarding process in coordination with HR Operations and Admin teams. Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field. 4–8years of experience in recruitment, preferably in real estate Projects -Engineer sector. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and talent mapping. Good understanding of real estate functions (Sales, Projects, Design, Construction). Proficient in MS Excel, HRMS tools (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Naukri RMS, LinkedIn Recruiter). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
