Role & responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing accurate information to clients.
  • Manage scheduling and appointment coordination for staff members and clients.
  • Monitor and maintain the reception area, ensuring it reflects the brand's luxurious image.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as correspondence, filing, and inventory tracking.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operational workflows.

Preferred candidate profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality or administration are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role, preferably in luxury retail.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment such as printers and copiers.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for luxury goods and an understanding of customer service excellence.
