Similarly to PMO role, Associate Project Managers provide assistance to Project Managers and project team onnProject management disciplines - Guiding Project Managers on Murex Project Management Methodology and assist Project Managers inndeployment/fine-tuning of the processes to projects -Coordinating project communication across internal project team and interested parties -Organizing project meetings take minutes incl ,-Contributing to Project Reviews to control quality and methodology application -Assisting in Project Reporting to internal management client project managers - Assisting PM in managing budget, project time/expense validation/analysis, financial data ( invoicing withnCSO, forecast with CSO/finance) - Performing regular project quality checkpoint on projects and share feedback recommended correctivenactions with Project Manager of contribution on each discipline will vary, depending on project context, MXnintervention mode and PM expertise
