Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Associate Project Manager to support and lead CRM and Salesforce projects from planning to execution. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, engaging with clients, managing delivery milestones, and ensuring high-quality outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 2 4 years of project experience looking to take greater ownership and leadership in delivery management.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination:
- Plan, initiate, and monitor CRM implementation and support projects.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project schedules, allocate resources, and manage task tracking.
- Drive delivery through agile/scrum methodologies.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA engineers, and solution architects.
- Manage task assignments, monitor individual/team progress, and resolve blockers.
- Coach junior project coordinators or interns where applicable.
Client Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Conduct regular status meetings, presentations, and client check-ins.
- Gather client feedback and adjust project plans to ensure satisfaction.
Resource Management:
- Coordinate team resource allocation and monitor availability.
- Ensure tasks are assigned effectively and progress is tracked.
Quality Assurance:
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure timely delivery without compromising quality or scope.
- Conduct QA reviews and support UAT processes.
Reporting and Tools:
- Generate project performance metrics, summaries, and weekly progress reports and burn down charts for stakeholders.
- Utilize tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, or MS Project for tracking and reporting purposes.
Qualifications
Educational Background:
- Master s degree in Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Educational Background:
- 2 4 years of hands-on experience in project coordination or management roles (preferably in IT, SaaS, or CRM domains).
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in project management tools like JIRA, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or MS Project.
- Advance knowledge of Excel, Gantt charts, and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint).
- Understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (preferred).
Soft Skills:
- Managing multiple deadlines, dependencies, and task owners.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Stakeholder management and client-handling confidence.
- Conflict resolution skills and high accountability
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
- PMP, CSM, CSPO or equivalent project management certifications.
- Exposure to Salesforce projects or CRM ecosystems.
