Associate Program Manager

Talrop is looking for an Associate Program Manager to assist in managing and executing various programs within the organization. The role involves coordinating with multiple teams, ensuring smooth program execution, and contributing to the growth of Talrop’s initiatives. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proactive, and possess strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring programs aligned with Talrop’s vision and objectives.

● Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless program execution.

● Oversee program timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics.

● Identify challenges in program execution and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.

● Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to program performance.

● Support budgeting and resource allocation for various projects.

● Ensure compliance with organizational policies and quality standards.

● Facilitate communication between departments and provide necessary support to program participants.

Skills & Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, or a relevant field.

● 2+ years of experience in program management, project management, or a similar role (preferred).

● Strong organizational and time-management skills.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

● Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
