Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Course Design & Delivery

* Develop and deliver comprehensive, current, and application-oriented content in the following areas:

* Financial Management

* Advanced Business Research &Statistics

* Business Statistics

* Entrepreneurship

* Managerial Economics

* International Finance

* International Business and Trade

* Apply varied pedagogical strategies such as simulations, software related teaching in Statistics, quantitative research methods and techniques and hands-on project work to facilitate deep learning.


2. Research & Scholarly Output

* Publish high-impact research in peer-reviewed journals on topics such as:

* Managerial Economics and impact on industries

* Entrepreneurial finance, quantitative research, and startup ecosystems

* Financial decision-making

* Relevance to finance and related domain

* Supervise postgraduate dissertations and research, projects in quantitative research, statistics and finance in the digital world.


3. Digital Certification & Global Competence

* Prepare students for globally recognized certifications (e.g. Financial Tools and software’s, other national and international research opportunities)

* Embed certification readiness into the academic curriculum to improve graduate employability and credentials.


4. Financial Statement Building

* Mentor student on various research works related to costing, finance, revenues and income streams.

* Conduct bootcamps on financial capsule sessions, financial statements, conduct extensive research in collaboration with industry.

* Facilitate industry linkages for promising student and industry collaboration to generate meaningful output.


5. Digital & Technological Fluency

* Promote the responsible use of updated tools and software’s in business education in the above-mentioned discipline.

* Design interdisciplinary modules integrating finance, marketing, and other management allied courses.

* Encourage digital literacy and readiness among students through hands-on tools in the related domain of statistics, finance and research.


6. Mentorship & Leadership Development

* Guide students and junior faculty in academic planning, research pursuits, and industry-readiness.

* Organize skill development workshops on business communication, digital certifications, and research practices.

* Develop project-based and research-led learning opportunities across all domains taught.


7. Institutional Contribution & Innovation

* Lead curriculum innovation aligned with emerging industry trends in the field of finance and quantitative research and entrepreneurship.

* Contribute to institutional rankings, accreditations, and strategic planning.

* Represent the institution in academic conferences, global forums, and industry panels.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and work with individuals at all levels.


* Ability to adapt to both internal, and external changes – even if that means working outside of your comfort zone.
