Associate Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentorship & Team Development:

  Support and mentor a high-performing product development team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

• Agile Testing & Execution:

  Conduct rigorous and agile testing of implemented features to ensure product quality and performance.

• Scalable Product Building:

  Learn and contribute to building a platform that scales quickly while maintaining quality, compliance, and security.

• Technical Product Management:

• Understand CI/CD pipelines, secure development workflows, API integrations, and container environments.
• Contribute to product documentation, feature specs, and user guides.
• Explore AI-driven tools and recommend integration into product workflows.
• Use SQL and product analytics tools (Mix panel, Amplitude, or similar) to track, measure, and analyse product performance.

• Product Discipline:

  Write clear specs, prioritize trade-offs, and deliver features that solve real user problems.

• Market & Competitive Analysis:

  Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation, with a focus on AI, FinTech, and consumer technology trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred).
• 5+ years of overall professional experience, including at least 1+ year as a Team Lead or Associate PM.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and product analytics tools.
• Solid understanding of product workflows, agile methodologies, and secure development practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to balance technical depth with user-centric product thinking.
