About the Role:
Were hiring an Associate Product Manager (Business) to support the growth and management of our Life and Health Insurance portfolio. The role is designed to strengthen our insurance vertical by supporting day-to-day business operations, driving product adoption, enabling sales channels, and improving partner engagement. You will work closely with the senior PM and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of the product roadmap and delivery of key business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the development and execution of the business roadmap for Life & HealthInsurance.Drive growth in premiums, partner participation, and overall product adoption.Build and execute partner engagement initiatives, campaigns, and tools to improvedistribution outcomes.Track daily metrics, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements.Coordinate with internal teams (sales, ops, finance, marketing) for seamless execution ofbusiness plans.Support creation of training content and drive knowledge sessions for internal teams andpartners.Liaise with tech/product teams on small journey enhancements, while focusing primarily onbusiness-side delivery.
What Were Looking For:
3+ years of experience in Insurance or Financial Services; product or business rolespreferred.Strong understanding of insurance products and distribution models.Prior experience in sales, channel enablement, or business operations is a plus.Comfort working with cross-functional teams; strong communication and execution skills.Analytical and self-driven; able to take ownership and deliver measurable outcomes.
