Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Associate Process Manager to join our team at eClerx Services Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 6-9 years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry, with expertise in process management and improvement.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase quality and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement.
Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure high standards.
Lead and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results and performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in process management and improvement.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams.
