Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Coordinate with E-com accounts at regional level for receiving purchase orders , booking appointments and ensuring delivery of the POs.
Coordinates with Internal team (Supply Chain & Demand Planning) for stock tracking (movement + blocking & unblocking) across various locations for EC & DM accounts.
Tracking and ensuring supply OTIF for the account across locations by engaging with the regional operation executive (internal) and regional account teams (external).
Coordinating with finance to ensuring document hygiene in SAP such as valid FSSAI licence and GST maintained in the system for smooth operations. Also, onboarding new warehouses that have been opened at accounts end.

Preferred candidate profile:

Strong skills in MIS, communication, coordination, and SAP.
