Associate

MSI Services Pvt. Ltd. is currently hiring suitable candidates for the role of “Associate – Sales Support” within our business operations in Bangalore, India.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct competitive pricing and product analysis.

• Product forms to be completed with relevant attributes for all upcoming projects

• Manage display boards, including coordination with vendors.

• The role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including pricing, merchandising, and Business Unit.

• Regularly monitor Menards portal performance, identify issues, and implement timely resolutions.

• Coordinating with Customers, sales team to align follow-up activities with sales strategies and targets.

• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices.

• Any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the Manager that are relevant to the team’s objectives.

• Flexibility to handle ad-hoc tasks

Desired Candidate profile

• Graduate / Post graduate in any discipline with overall 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain

Management

• Strong attention to detail and has ability to learn quickly.

• Needs to have basic knowledge with popular Microsoft Office programs e.g. PowerPoint, excel, word etc.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skill must be able to create content and prepare reports.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Demonstrate sound work ethics.

• Flexible to work in Night shift.
