Role:
B2B - Marketing Specialist
Experience: 2+ Years
Work Location: Noida (Work From Office Onsite - Hybrid)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop appropriate communication to reach the B2B target audience.
  • Drive B2B marketing activities, in collaboration with the business development team.
  • Organize events and exhibitions at industry events (both US and international).
  • Regularly review collateral so that it is kept up-to-date and relevant for the audience.
  • Work with the development team and paid marketing team to develop engaging content and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with professional bodies and partner organizations to create a database of new potential clients.
  • Work with corp comm. and social media management team to develop social media content for B2B audiences.
  • Work with clients, BD team, and content team to develop case studies (written and video).
  • Create and put into practice a plan for measuring B2B marketing activities through the CRM system.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or MBA degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on marketing experience in a B2B role.
  • Excellent understanding of B2B marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the budgeting process and use of analytical skills.
  • Proven track record in delivering marketing campaigns that drive sales growth.
  • Ability to remotely create and manage marketing strategies.
  • An understanding of agile marketing to identify and focus on high-value projects and then continuously and incrementally improve the results over time.
  • Excellent communication skills.
