Associate Manager/Manager- Sales (Industrial Gases)

Role Overview: As an Associate Manager/Manager- Sales (Industrial Gases), your primary role will be to handle the sales of Air Separation Gases like Liquid Oxygen, Liquid Argon, and Liquid Nitrogen. You will be responsible for preparing periodical MIS reports, obtaining delivery schedules from customers, maintaining complete and correct purchase orders, and assessing market information for product pricing and demand. Your interactions will involve internal departments such as Commercial, Production, IT, and Accounts, as well as external entities like Traders, Filling Stations, End Users, and Manufacturers. Key Responsibilities: - Handle the sales of Air Separation Gases like Liquid Oxygen, Liquid Argon, and Liquid Nitrogen - Prepare periodical MIS reports including Sales & Collection targets and actuals - Obtain delivery schedules from customers and prepare Sales Orders, ensuring timely delivery - Obtain complete customer assessment forms and maintain records in softcopy and physical form - Maintain product pricing as per market trends and assess competitors" market shares and pricing - Assess credit worthiness of customers and establish credit limits - Prepare tender documents, attend tender openings, and maintain key commercial and legal documents - Create Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual reports for the Gas Division in power point presentations Qualifications Required: - Experience in Sales & Marketing of Gaseous Products - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Additional Company Details (if available): The company values relations with both internal and external customers, focuses on revenue and pricing, and emphasizes scouting new business potential through various sources such as contacts, websites, market surveys, and other means.
