Job Description

Litigation Management:

Manage all litigation and dispute matters across civil, commercial, and labor law domains.
Liaise and coordinate with external law firms and counsels to develop litigation strategies and ensure timely action.
Attend court hearings, arbitrations, or tribunal matters as needed (along with external counsel).
Maintain a centralized litigation tracker and ensure regular updates to internal stakeholders.
Review and manage legal documentation related to ongoing disputes.

Legal Notices & Dispute Resolution:

Draft, review, and respond to legal notices, demand letters, and other formal communications.
Assist business and functional teams in drafting legally sound replies to third-party communications.
Ensure all outgoing legal communications from the company are vetted for legal adequacy and strategic alignment.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather relevant facts and documentation in response to notices or litigation.

US Contracts :

Support the legal team in reviewing, redlining, and negotiating US-based commercial agreements such as MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, and vendor agreements.
Provide risk analysis and legal inputs on contractual terms, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
Collaborate with the sales, procurement, and delivery teams on contractual obligations and risk mitigation.
