- What You Will Own
- Develop learning strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Lead signature technical learning experiences such as bootcamps, workshops, hackathons, and certification sprints.
- Partner with SMEs, leaders, and external trainers to deliver engaging and relevant content.
- Manage learning platforms and ensure a smooth, high-engagement learner journey.
- Use data and dashboards to assess program effectiveness and communicate insights.
- Mentor a small team and manage vendor relationships to ensure high-quality delivery.
