Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage
contract labour compliance
as per CLRA and labour laws.
Coordinate with contractors for
attendance, wages, deployment, and documentation
.
Monitor
PF, ESI, bonus, gratuity
, and statutory submissions.
Ensure
timely onboarding, ID cards, induction, and safety trainings
for contract workers.
Conduct
manpower planning
, shift allocation, and skill mapping.
Handle
contractor audits
, surprise checks, and statutory records.
Resolve
worker grievances
and maintain harmonious labour relations.
Prepare
MIS reports
, dashboards, and compliance trackers.
Ensure adherence to
health, safety, and legal
requirements at site.

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
Strong knowledge of
contract labour laws and compliance
.
Experience in
industry/site-level HR operations
preferred.
Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
