Associate / Manager – Founder’s Office (Consumer Tech)

We are looking for a high-agency, business-savvy generalist to join the Founder’s Office at BrandPort.in[ a fast-growing consumer tech brand helping brands to show up where it matters most. From retail shelf space in Tier 1 & 2 cities to in-store education and sampling, we make sure the products are seen and trusted.] This is a high-impact role working directly with the Founder/CEO to drive strategic priorities, optimize execution across the company, and accelerate business growth. You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, product, operations, and customer insight—helping turn big ideas into scalable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Execution

· Own and drive founder-led initiatives—across product, growth, GTM, partnerships, or fundraising.

· Conduct deep research, build business cases, and develop execution roadmaps.

Business & Product Insight

· Analyse consumer behaviour, market trends, product performance, and competitor activity.

· Partner with Product/Marketing teams to synthesize feedback and prioritize customer-first solutions.

Cross-functional Collaboration

· Act as an extension of the Founder in meetings and communications.

· Align stakeholders, track progress, and ensure execution on high-priority items across functions.

Reporting & Decision Support

· Build dashboards, investor updates, and internal reports to support data-driven decision-making.

· Assist in planning OKRs and reviewing company performance against goals.

Special Projects & New Bets

· Incubate new business verticals, product lines, or strategic experiments from zero to one.

· Support M&A, influencer/brand partnerships, or category expansions as required.
