You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, product, operations, and customer insight—helping turn big ideas into scalable outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Execution · Own and drive founder-led initiatives—across product, growth, GTM, partnerships, or fundraising. · Conduct deep research, build business cases, and develop execution roadmaps. Business & Product Insight · Analyse consumer behaviour, market trends, product performance, and competitor activity. · Partner with Product/Marketing teams to synthesize feedback and prioritize customer-first solutions. Cross-functional Collaboration · Act as an extension of the Founder in meetings and communications. · Align stakeholders, track progress, and ensure execution on high-priority items across functions. Reporting & Decision Support · Build dashboards, investor updates, and internal reports to support data-driven decision-making. · Assist in planning OKRs and reviewing company performance against goals. Special Projects & New Bets · Incubate new business verticals, product lines, or strategic experiments from zero to one. · Support M&A, influencer/brand partnerships, or category expansions as required.
