Job Description

Position:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative, seasonal, and route-specific menus aligned with customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with chefs and suppliers for trials, tastings, and finalization of menus.
  • Ensure consistency in quality, portion control, and food presentation standards.
  • Conduct audits at flight kitchens and monitor passenger/crew feedback.
  • Work closely with F&B service providers to train chefs and ensure compliance with airline standards.
  • Drive initiatives to reduce wastage, improve cost efficiency, and enhance overall passenger experience.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for menu cards, documentation, and new product launches.

Skills Required

  • Multicuisine expertise & global culinary knowledge.
  • Strong experience in menu innovation and development.
  • Supplier coordination & quality assurance.
  • Analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and people leadership.
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and compliance.
