Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Head Chef with a Hotel Management / Culinary Management background to oversee and optimize kitchen operations across multiple restaurant outlets in Dubai. This role is not an on-ground cooking position . Instead, it is a central control and analytical culinary operations role , responsible for ensuring consistency, efficiency, cost optimization, and smooth functioning of all kitchen units from the back office. Key Responsibilities Monitor daily kitchen operations across outlets via CCTV / remote reporting tools to ensure adherence to standards. Develop, implement, and enforce recipe standardization for all menu items across restaurants. Manage portion control guidelines and regularly audit compliance through virtual review and reporting. Conduct food cost calculations and menu costing , optimizing profitability while maintaining quality. Oversee and analyze inventory usage , wastage reports, stock projection, and reorder levels. Create and implement SOPs for kitchen operations , hygiene, and food handling. Track and improve kitchen productivity metrics across all outlets. Work closely with Purchase, Store, and Finance departments to align on demand planning and vendor management. Identify process gaps and recommend corrective action plans for continuous improvement. Support innovation in menu development ensuring feasibility, scalability, and cost efficiency. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports for management review. Ensure 100% compliance with food safety, HACCP and company operational standards across all branches.

To drive revenue growth for our restaurants in Dubai by building strategic partnerships and securing bulk / recurring business. The focus is on acquiring tour & travel tie-ups and event bookings , resulting in increased footfall and group dining. Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard tour & travel agencies to bring regular tourist / group dining business to our restaurant chain in Dubai. Build partnerships with event planners / event management companies to host birthdays, anniversaries, corporate gatherings, and celebrations. Meet monthly sales targets by generating bulk bookings and group reservations . Maintain strong relationships with partners and ensure recurring business. Conduct visits, presentations and follow-ups to maximize conversions. Share daily / weekly business update reports with management. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality sales / banquet sales / channel sales / travel trade partnerships preferred. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Target-driven, confident communicator, and self-motivated personality. Ability to independently generate leads and close deals.
