Associate Manager - Content Marketing

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Content Marketing Lead to drive our content initiatives across APAC. This role is pivotal in shaping our brand narrative, creating compelling multi-format content, and ensuring alignment with buyer personas and industry pain points. You will own the content calendar, manage execution, and continuously optimize based on performance insights.

Main Responsibilities

• Content Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and APAC market nuances.
  • Build and manage an editorial calendar covering blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, infographics, and social content.
• Content Creation & Repurposing
  • Write and edit high-quality, persona-driven content that simplifies complex propositions.
  • Repurpose core content into multiple formats for different channels and buyer journey stages.
• Market & Persona Alignment
  • Research APAC technology trends and buyer pain points to ensure relevance and resonance.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and sales teams to align messaging and enablement materials.
• Performance & Optimization
  • Track content performance metrics (traffic, engagement, lead generation) and iterate strategy based on insights.
  • Use analytics tools to identify what’s working and adjust plans accordingly.
• Execution & Delivery
  • Own end-to-end delivery of the content calendar, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Manage freelancers or agency partners as needed.

The Candidate should have:

• 5–7 years of experience in content marketing, preferably in B2B technology and APAC markets.
• Strong editorial and copywriting skills with the ability to simplify complex propositions.
• Agency background or experience managing multi-format campaigns is a plus.
• Proven ability to create content for different personas and stages of the buyer journey.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEO platforms, and CMS.
• Experience in Telecom/ Cybersecurity/ Service provider segment preferred

Preferred skills

• Understanding of SEO/ GEO best practices and keyword research
• Experience working with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
• Ability to collaborate across locations, functions and also managing external vendors
• Understanding of Brand attributes, brand management and brand language guidelines
