Associate Manager CASA Acquisition (Branch Banking)

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire NTB Current Account customers within the assigned catchment area

• Ensure quality sourcing as per bank standards

• Activate and onboard customers on digital banking platforms

• Analyze customer needs and offer suitable banking products

• Achieve monthly acquisition and sales targets

• Assist Sales Manager in market mapping and opportunity identification

• Provide feedback on customer requirements and competition

• Adhere to bank SOPs, compliance rules, and regulatory guidelines

• Coordinate with branch teams for smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory):

• ONLY candidates from ANY Sales Background will be considered (Banking, Insurance, Telecom, FMCG, Broking, Retail, Direct Sales, Field Sales, etc.)

• Graduation in any discipline

• 1 to 3 years of sales experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to work in field sales and meet daily acquisition targets
