Associate Manager-Acquisition (CASA)-North

Role Overview: As an Associate Manager-Acquisition (CASA) at IDFC FIRST Bank, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers for Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) products in the North region of Delhi. Your role will involve using your sales and relationship building skills to identify potential customers, understand their banking needs, and offer them suitable financial solutions to help them achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities: - Actively prospect and acquire new customers for CASA products in the North region of Delhi. - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals. - Understand the banking needs of potential customers and offer them suitable products and services. - Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the bank. - Ensure timely and accurate documentation of customer information and account opening processes. - Collaborate with other team members and departments to provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns. - Stay updated with the latest banking products, services, and industry trends to effectively promote and sell them to potential customers. Qualifications: - Any Graduate - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong networking and relationship building abilities. - Knowledge of banking products and services. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
