Associate Mako Product Specialist

As a Field-based professional in this role, you will be responsible for providing training and clinical/technical support to surgeons and operating room staff on the operation of the company's robotic arm applications, associated equipment, and instruments. Your key responsibilities will include: - Using proprietary software to prepare pre-operative CT scans for use with the company's RIO/ Robotic Arm Interactive Orthopedic System - Assisting surgeons in preoperative implant planning, implant sizing, and positioning - Generating comprehensive reports and metrics for management, supervisors, and regulatory departments - Managing local inventories of consigned equipment, instruments, implants, and disposables - Supporting road-show demonstrations and "Showsite" visits for potential customers - Conducting training sessions for physicians, hospital personnel, and OR staff on the RIO System and related products - Providing timely and accurate complaint reports as per MAKOs quality system - Resolving product issues for customers promptly - Offering case coverage at unassigned accounts as required In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates who possess: - Bachelor's degree, preferably in Biomedical Engineering (Btech Biomedical preferred) - At least 1 year of work experience - Experience in Orthopedic Technology will be preferred With an 80% travel requirement, this role is suited for hard-working individuals who are competitive, results-oriented, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
