Associate Lawyer

Role Overview: As a Sanad holding law graduate, you will be responsible for handling both litigation and non-litigation work while being open to exploring and learning new avenues in the legal field. Your role will involve drafting various legal documents such as agreements, Legal Notices, replies to legal notices, suits, writs, petitions, caveats, and other related legal documents. Additionally, you will represent clients in courts, communicate with clients and others, conduct legal research, and present facts both in writing and verbally. Moreover, you will be involved in preparing and filing legal documents, handling legal matters related to various laws, vetting documents, drafting and negotiating contracts, and providing advice on compliance requirements under different laws. Key Responsibilities: - Drafting agreements, Legal Notices, replies to legal notices, suits, writs, petitions, caveats, and other legal documents - Representing clients in courts and communicating with them and others - Conducting legal research and analysis of legal problems - Presenting facts in writing and verbally and arguing on behalf of clients - Preparing and filing legal documents such as lawsuits, appeals, contracts, and deeds - Handling legal matters related to various laws - Vetting documents and negotiating contracts - Providing advice on compliance requirements and risk impact under different laws Qualifications Required: - Registered lawyer with the Bar Council of India eligible to practice in India - Experience in handling Civil & Commercial, Criminal Matters (White collar Crime) - Capable of independent correspondence with clients, associates, and Courts - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in Windows, MS Office, Internet & Email - Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask - Flexibility and willingness to work on a wide variety of legal matters - Looking for an opportunity to grow with a minimum commitment of three years,
