About the Role

We are representing a mid-market investment advisory firm expanding its Mumbai office. The firm offers end-to-end deal execution, regional exposure, and a strong focus on professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial modeling, valuation, and preparation of transaction materials.
• Supervise Analysts and coordinate workstreams with clients, investors, and legal advisors.
• Support origination through research, financial analysis, and proposal preparation.
• Manage execution timelines for M&A and private financing deals.

Requirements

• 4–6 years’ experience in

  Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Big 4 TAS

  .
• Strong financial modeling and transaction execution skills.
• Excellent client communication and presentation ability.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; exposure to Capital IQ or Bloomberg preferred.
