Job Description

Role Overview: The Inter Affiliate Services team is a centralized group within Global Supplier Services overseeing the Inter Affiliate Oversight & Governance function for various Corporate Functions in different regions. The primary responsibility of this team is to monitor all Inter Affiliate activities between JPMC legal entities to ensure adherence to the Inter Affiliate Oversight (IAS) policy and standards across all businesses and jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with business stakeholders to ensure understanding of policy requirements and act as a subject matter expert to guide them through the process - Utilize provided tools to help business contacts comprehend risk reports related to outsourcing - Ensure timely onboarding of engagements by leveraging subject matter expertise, negotiation skills, and stakeholder management to support business in achieving outsourcing goals - Collaborate with outsourcing team members and control functions to develop an understanding of all outsourcing risks - Assist the business in identifying and remediating issues, utilizing the outsourcing program's escalation process for governance support - Document outsourcing business needs of internal clients and work towards identifying risk-mitigation solutions in collaboration with subject matter experts - Provide training to staff responsible for outsourcing and other key stakeholders, both remotely and face-to-face - Support businesses proactively post-outsourcing go-live to ensure ongoing control measures are met - Cultivate effective working relationships with multiple countries and businesses regarding outsourcing Qualifications Required: - 13+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 6+ years in Inter Affiliate Services, Finance, Sourcing, TPO, Risk, Oversight & Control, Vendor Management, or related roles - Proficient written and verbal communication, listening, and negotiation skills - Strong business analysis capabilities for efficient decision-making - Ability to collaborate closely with related functions such as Legal, Tax, Regional Governance, etc., to ensure a cohesive program - Sound knowledge of risk management, control principles, and regional/local regulatory outsourcing requirements - Demonstrated organizational and analytical skills with the ability to execute and escalate issues, along with exercising sound business judgment for proactive issue identification and resolution Please note that the shift timing for this role is EMEA Shift.,
