Associate

The BI Analytics Analyst Finance will partner with the Finance team to design dashboards, build financial models, and generate insights that drive better decision-making across budgeting, forecasting, profitability, and cost management. The role requires strong financial acumen, data visualization expertise, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain

  finance-focused dashboards and reports

  (PL, cash flow, working capital, Opex/Capex, KPIs).
• Partner with

  FPA and business finance teams

  to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis through BI tools.
• Extract and validate data from ERP/finance systems (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, Workday, etc.) and integrate into reporting frameworks.
• Automate recurring

  financial reporting and management dashboards

  , improving efficiency and accuracy.
• Build data models that support profitability analysis, margin tracking, and cost optimization.
• Provide actionable insights on revenue trends, expense drivers, and business performance to finance leadership.
• Perform

  ad-hoc financial analysis

  for strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and business cases.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and alignment with financial accounting and reporting standards.
• Support finance digital transformation projects by implementing BI and advanced analytics solutions.
• Work with cross-functional teams (treasury, accounting, operations, business units) to ensure holistic and timely financial insights.

• Strong financial acumen and understanding of business drivers.
• Ability to communicate complex financial insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders across all levels.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in

  BI, financial analytics, or FPA

  within a finance function or shared services.
• Strong proficiency in

  Power BI / Tableau / Qlik

  and

  SQL

  for financial data analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivot, financial modelling).
• Exposure to

  ERP systems

  (SAP) and finance data structures.
• Knowledge of accounting/financial reporting concepts (PL, balance sheet, cash flow, KPIs).
