Job Description

As the Associate, Service Operations People and Culture (P&C) at Aristocrat, your primary responsibility is to respond to inquiries from employees, execute P&C transactions, and conduct data reporting using Workday and other HR systems. Your role demands great attention to detail, a customer service orientation, and the ability to exercise discretion and prioritize service requests effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service by addressing HR-related inquiries from employees, P&C Business Partners, and managers through various communication channels such as email, instant message, chat, and phone. - Resolve inquiries accurately and in a timely manner by accessing knowledge guides and information in multiple systems. - Process P&C transactions by gathering necessary information from employees, managers, and other stakeholders both internally and externally. - Utilize the case management tool to document all inquiries, customer information, case data, updates, and communicate resolutions or escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member. - Manage workload efficiently to meet commitments within established service level agreements (SLAs). - Effectively communicate P&C policies and programs, demonstrate active listening skills, and prioritize employee experience. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in HR or equivalent experience. - Previous experience in handling high-volume customer inquiries within a corporate environment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Passion for providing excellent customer service, adaptability, and flexibility. - Ability to multitask, work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, changing work environment. - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee data with discretion. - Ability to work under general direction and independently utilize knowledge guide materials for research and inquiries. Please note that depending on your role, you may need to register with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and other gaming jurisdictions where Aristocrat operates. Additionally, work visas are not sponsored for this position, and candidates must be authorized to work in the job location on a full-time basis without requiring current or future visa sponsorship.
