Job Description

Ensuring accurate and timely processing of HR data in alignment with payroll cut-off dates and compliance with local labor laws. Preparing documentation throughout the employee lifecycle, including employment contracts, change letters, and reference letters. Supporting onboarding activities and facilitating new hire induction sessions. Responding to HR-related queries via AskHR (OTSM ticketing tool), Teams Channel, or in-person interactions. Handling basic payroll queries and coordinating with the Payroll team when necessary. Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR Business Partners. Acting as a subject matter expert for end-to-end HR processes. Assisting with internal and external audits. Investigating employment-related issues, assessing risks, and recommending resolutions, escalating to the Shared Services Manager or HR Business Partner as needed. Participating in special projects and HR programs.

What It Takes

Proven HR administration experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. A track record of delivering outstanding customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Solid understanding of HR operations and familiarity with HR systems. Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
