Associate HR

As an Associate HR at Infosys BPM, you will be part of the recruitment team responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes. You will play a vital role in sourcing candidates for various roles, particularly in the areas of Technology, Digital, Freshers, and S&F. Your corporate experience and ability to handle bulk recruitment will be crucial in this role. Your main responsibilities will include conducting and managing walk-in drives efficiently. You should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in recruitment and a strong understanding of different sourcing platforms beyond traditional job postings. Experience in hiring Full-Time Employees (FTE) and Full-Time Resources (FTR) is essential. You will be expected to have knowledge of virtual hiring tools and platforms, including virtual lobby features and interview room management. Strong communication skills are a must for this role, along with the ability to articulate on Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). The ideal candidate for this position will hold an M.B.A. degree and should be available to work in general shifts with shift hours of 9 hours and 15 minutes. Immediate joiners are preferred, and the work location will be in Bangalore for 5 days a week.
