Our firm actively represents clients in litigation and alternative dispute resolution proceedings before various forums such as the Bombay High Court, Bombay City Civil Court, Arbitral Tribunals, Co-operative Court, Consumer Dispute Redressal Forums, Court of Small Causes, and various other Tribunals / Courts 🌟

• Position: 💼 Junior Advocate / Associate

• Eligibility: Batch of 2023/2024 (1-2 year PQE)

• Brief Job Description: 🎯Being the sole junior advocate assisting on each case you’re handed over, you would be taking full responsibility of each matter, including appearing before various courts and tribunals across Mumbai, drafting, attending conferences / meetings with Counsels and clients, undertaking detailed research, organising case briefs and generally liaising with clients to assist in providing legal support and advice.
