Job Description

Role Overview: SLK is seeking an Associate Group Manager - Software to manage the overall customer relationship for a CBU or an LOB, achieving revenue targets, building people competency, and engaging with customers onsite while embodying SLK's vision and values. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve annual revenue targets for LOB or CBU, ensuring new wins and sustaining existing business - Ensure customer satisfaction through regular customer connects/reviews and achieving CSAT survey targets - Manage key engagements/projects, address delivery challenges, and collaborate with the offshore team - Collaborate with customer's sourcing team for timely Work Order/SOW sign-off and collection of invoices - Work with internal recruitment team for fulfilling onsite positions and talent management - Ensure attrition percentage is less than prescribed value and meet required gross margins targets Qualification Required: - Degree in B.E or MBA - 15-18 years of overall experience with 5 years of relevant experience - Knowledge of the domain of the vertical/business unit and awareness of key developments in the industry No additional details of the company are mentioned in the job description.,
