Associate - GI Optima

As an Associate at the company, your role will involve developing and executing sales strategies to drive primary and secondary sales while ensuring brand presence in your assigned market. You will be responsible for managing the distributor network to achieve financial and ethical objectives aligned with the business strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Create and maintain an updated list of doctors and chemists, meeting specific therapy/product requirements - Visit doctors and chemists regularly to promote Abbott's products, provide information, engage in science-based discussions, and address queries - Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting products and driving prescription generation - Conduct regular audits of prescriptions for Abbott and competitor brands to gather market intelligence - Organize Camps (CME) as per division strategy and customers" needs - Monitor actual sales performance, make necessary adjustments to strategies to minimize variances from targets - Conduct prescription audits for Abbott brands and competitors - Execute customer management plan to ensure all customers are covered Qualifications Required: - Minimum Education: BSc/B.
