Job Description

Manage and support execution of MA projects - lead evaluation of acquisition targets with the business teams and advisors, coordinate with the counter party, valuation and other related activities through closing of a transaction Support sourcing activity - Industry evaluation, target sourcing, track potential MA targets in line with company / business investment strategy Key Stakeholders: Internal Business heads, Finance, Legal Key Stakeholders: External Investment Bankers, External Advisors, Representatives of other companies. Reporting Structure Reports to President, MA Experience 10 - 15 years with Corporate MA or in an investment bank Competencies Key Roles/Responsibilities: Manage the transaction process and execution of the project Lead evaluation of acquisition opportunities with the respective business teams Lead analysis Co-ordinate the due diligence effort including with external advisors, consultants Valuation models Presenting evaluation and alternatives to senior management Support sourcing of opportunities for healthcare business Liaison with investment bankers, external advisors Understand and as required, support development of MA strategy for relevant businesses - Pharma Solutions, Critical Care, Consumer Products QUALIFICATION CA or MBA in Finance
