Associate General Manager - Civil - Projects

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee civil construction projects from inception to completion.
• Expertise in construction of BTG, BOP, CHP and other power plant packages.
• Experienced in civil construction & structure for power plant projects.
• Expertise in construction and project management.
• Develop project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress and performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to drive successful project outcomes.
• Prepare regular project status reports for senior management.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure work is progressing as per plan.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to facilitate project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering or related field.
  

• Over all 25-30 years of experience and 10+ years in the Power/Energy industry.
• Demonstrated experience in civil construction project management.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
