Associate, FW Control Management Program Manager & Governance

You are ready to make a significant impact in operational risk and controls management as an Associate in the Control Management Group specializing in Program Management & Governance. Your role involves providing Program Management support to horizontal programs for Control Management, collaborating with Firmwide Program teams, and promoting global initiatives across Control Management Programs. You will be responsible for managing key deliverables and operations through Roadmaps and scorecards, ensuring adherence to timelines and SLAs. Additionally, you will work with stakeholders across the firm to identify best practices and promote deliverables for Firmwide KRIs through Risk & Controls assessment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage Firmwide Program teams to implement requirements across Control Management supported Programs - Lead global initiatives across Control Management Programs, collaborating with diverse teams and Line of Business stakeholders - Manage governance and key deliverables through Roadmaps, scorecards, etc., ensuring compliance with timelines and SLAs - Lead change management for Program requirements and influence stakeholders - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement best practices - Lead deliverables for Firmwide KRIs through Risk & Controls assessment, working with senior Line of Business Control Officers - Manage key callouts from Qualitative Risk Assessment for Senior Executive Meetings and Control Committees **Qualification Required:** - Masters degree - 10+ years of experience with at least 5 years in Program Management - Ability to handle multiple programs/projects simultaneously - Effective communication skills with Technical and Business Partners - Experience in working with stakeholders across geographies and functions - Working knowledge of AGILE and JIRA - High proficiency in Microsoft products: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and MS Project - Mandatory ability to articulate key analysis points through high-quality presentations - Analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes - Good verbal/written and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude, self-motivation, and confidence **Preferred Qualifications:** - Knowledge of Alteryx and Tableau - Experience in Operational Risk & Controls Management in the Banking industry This is an Early EMEA Shift role based in Mumbai.,
