Responsibilities Proposals Support Support preparation of Opportunity briefings and gathering Leads for a Go / No Go decision process Support data entry and analysis in the Sales (proposals stage) module of our Oracle based Horizon ERP system Support Proposals Managers in the delivery of all or parts of Supplier Compliance Questionnaires, Expressions of Interest, Pre-Qualifications and Proposals including proposal kick off, winning and review meetings Prepare and submit requests via our online intranet portal to our legal team for legal reviews, contract signature and legal advice Work with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft SharePoint to create and maintain Teams sites for collaboration on live proposals Undertake research on clients, proposals, competitors and industry sectors Work with the WSP values to ensure that work complies with all necessary corporate, departmental and legislative requirements and procedures, to guarantee that the necessary consistency and quality of proposals is maintained.
