Associate Functional Consultant (HCM)

As an ideal candidate for this role, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Participating in system scoping, configuration, and functional design - Conducting user training sessions and solution walkthroughs - Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and troubleshooting issues - Assisting in go-live activities and delivering post-implementation support - Preparing documentation for configurations, workflows, and end-user training To qualify for this position, you should meet the following requirements: - 2-3 years of experience in implementing HCM solutions - Involvement in at least one complete HCM implementation lifecycle - Proficiency in requirement gathering, testing, training, and support - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or a related discipline Additionally, having experience with any leading HCM platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, etc.) would be considered a plus.
