Work directly with the founder on high-impact projects across the business. This is a true generalist role where you'll shift between strategy, operations, marketing, and execution daily.

What you'll do:

• Support business planning, operational improvements, talent acquisition and growth initiatives
• Assist with partnerships, investor relations, and special projects
• Contribute to product development and customer experience optimization
• Own founder-level priorities that directly impact revenue and growth

Must-haves:

• 2+ years of professional experience (startup/consulting/operations/marketing)
• Exceptional communication skills (written & verbal)
• Can juggle multiple projects and context-switch rapidly
• Self-starter who solves problems without hand-holding
