List Key Roles and Responsibilities of Position

• Payroll processing – India or overseas locations
• Ensure payroll is processed on time with 100% quality after all controls checks
• Ensure all statutory payments made on time with 100% quality
• To handle Income Tax demands and queries from departments/employees
• Accounting- Month end & quarter close journals preparation
• To work closely with Sub ledger & Reconciliation team to close all the open items
• To laise and work closely with the business partners/stake holders like HR/HRSS/Statutory Services etc.,
• To monitor and ensure controls as per Internal Control requirements.
• Supports for External statutory audits and other Audits
• Good Knowledge on MCRP testing and FM's

Qualifications Required:

• CA or CWA Qualified or Intermediate
• Income Tax exposure
• Undergraduate qualification in B. Com or equivalent
• Accounting work experience in Ford is mandatory
