The platform helps businesses with onboarding, training, upskilling, and retaining employees through its AI Native LMS, LXP, employee engagement surveys, and curated course subscriptions. About the Role - Drive strategic activities working closely with leadership team with focus on HR, Recruitment, driving operational effectiveness, finance operations and investor communications. Responsibilities : Drive strategic activities working closely with leadership team and CEO office Focus on HR, Recruitment, driving operational effectiveness, finance operations and investor communications Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred. 2-3 years of experience in HR or similar roles, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment. Strong academic records Experience with financial reporting, P&L and budget management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
