Associate - Event Management

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of luxury events, including product launches, private client events, and celebrity engagements.
• Coordinate logistics for events, such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with celebrities, influencers, and key stakeholders in the luxury goods and jewelry industry.
• Support the creative development of event themes, invitations, and promotional materials to ensure a cohesive brand presentation.
• Manage event budgets, track expenses, and assist in the evaluation of event effectiveness and ROI.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through various channels, including social media and press releases.
• Conduct post-event analysis to gather insights and feedback for future events, ensuring continual improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in event management, preferably within the luxury goods or entertainment sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with high-profile individuals.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in using event management software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated understanding of the luxury market and current trends in luxury goods and jewelry.
• Ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a fast-paced environment, including occasional evening and weekend hours.
