Associate Engineer Service Reliability

The Network Technician 3 plays a crucial role in supporting hardware, configuration, and fiber connectivity for various client locations as part of scaling projects. Your responsibilities will include providing technical support for network, hardware, and infrastructure development. You will be involved in a wide range of technical tasks such as systems requirements analysis, engineering, design, development, programming, testing, deployment, quality assurance, configuration management, and documentation. You will also be responsible for analyzing user interfaces, maintaining network and hardware performance, workload analysis, maintaining interfaces with external systems, and evaluating system modifications and upgrades. Additionally, you will define problems, develop system requirements, prepare documentation, enhance existing software systems, manage priorities through ticketing systems, collaborate with stakeholders to overcome project obstacles, troubleshoot networking issues, and participate in hardware configuration and rollout. Your role will require you to adhere to standardized procedures to achieve the objectives and vision of the Network Engineering team.
