Associate End User Support Technician

As an End User Support Technician at Ensono, you will be responsible for providing support for users of computers and software systems. You will offer hands-on or remote assistance in computer setups, upgrades, software operation, and maintenance, addressing user concerns promptly with clear technical support. Your success in this role will be demonstrated by your ability to resolve desktop issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Provide support for users of computers and software systems - Offer hands-on or remote assistance in computer setups, upgrades, software operation, and maintenance - Address on-the-spot inquiries from users and provide general training for applications and hardware - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of computer systems and common issues to promptly address all user concerns Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University, preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent experience - IT Industry Certifications are a plus (Okta, O365, MCSE) - Specialization in desktop support for Windows & Apple Mac based systems, related software, and peripherals - Experience in managing and maintaining ticket SLA's, driving First Call Resolution, and troubleshooting networking and connection issues - Proficient knowledge of antivirus software and computer operating systems such as Mac, Linux, and Windows - Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, exceptional time-management, and multitasking abilities - Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Note: Additional details about the company were not included in the provided Job Description.),
