Timing: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST

Work Module: 5 days from office

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for employees requiring technical assistance, delivering professional and timely support. • Diagnose and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems, end-user devices, Microsoft 365 applications, and collaboration tools. • Provide first-level support for network connectivity (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN), printing, and peripheral devices. • Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software in accordance with IT policies. • Monitor and manage support requests through the ticketing system, ensuring adherence to SLAs. • Collaborate with senior IT staff to escalate and resolve complex incidents. • Contribute to IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and asset management. • Participate in IT projects and initiatives, gaining hands-on exposure to enterprise environments.

Required Skills & Attributes

• Fundamental knowledge of Windows OS, hardware components, and networking basics (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP). • Awareness of Microsoft 365 / Office 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint). • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a customer-first approach. • High adaptability, eagerness to learn, and commitment to continuous improvement. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
