• Social & Digital Storytelling: Bring our culture, people, and initiatives to life with posts, videos, reels, infographics, podcasts, and photo stories. Make every piece resonate, educate, and inspire.
• Internal Amplification: Turn employee stories, leadership updates, and internal initiatives into content that sparks engagement and pride within the organization.
• Event & Initiative Coverage: Capture events, webinars, and programs not just as content, but as experiences that reflect our culture and values.
• External Reputation Management: Own Myntras voice on platforms like Glassdoor and LinkedIn. Monitor sentiment, respond thoughtfully, and enhance our reputation as a top workplace.
• Campus & Early Talent Branding: Partner with Talent Acquisition to design campaigns, digital activations, and storytelling initiatives that excite students and early-career talent.
• Leadership Collaboration: Work closely with leaders to craft authentic stories and thought leadership content that strengthen our employer brand.
• Awards & Recognition: Curate content for award submissions and recognition programs, helping the world see our workplace brilliance.
• Data & Insights: Track campaign performance, measure engagement, and provide insights that help us continuously improve and amplify impact.

• Engaging, authentic content across social media, internal channels, and external platforms.
• Increased visibility, engagement, and positive sentiment among candidates and employees alike.
• Evidence that campaigns directly support hiring, EVP activation, and talent attraction goals.
• Positive recognition from leadership, peers, and stakeholders.

• 1-4 years of experience in employer branding, marketing, and / or corporate communication.
• Strong storytelling, writing, and multi-format content creation skills.
• A creative collaborator who can work across teams, take ideas and make them visually and emotionally engaging.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where every day brings something new.
