Associate Drafter Location: Jaipur, India Employment Type: Full-time Experience Level: 0 - 1 Year About the Role We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented, technically skilled Associate Drafter to support our growing operations unit in a dynamic environment. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience by preparing accurate floor plans and technical drawings based on property surveys. Your work will directly contribute to the design and documentation of renewable energy projects, paving the way for a rewarding career in drafting and sustainable design. Key Responsibilities 2D Technical Drawings: Create and revise precise drawings using AutoCAD. Collaboration: Work closely with senior drafters, engineers, and project managers to review and refine your work. Technical Proficiency: Utilize advanced skills in Model Space and Paper Space (Layout) along with expertise in working with different scales, blocks, layers, fonts, and text heights. Data Interpretation: Analyze survey data to accurately translate measurements and site conditions into technical drawings. Qualifications & Candidate Requirements Educational Background: Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Civil Engineering Technology, or a related field. Software Skills: Proven proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or a comparable tool) with certification in CAD or technical drawing. Additional Tools: Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and MS Office. Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain drawing files and documentation in an organized, accessible manner while juggling multiple assignments. Analytical Thinking: A strong aptitude for three-dimensional thinking, problem-solving, and adhering to project deadlines.
