Associate Director/Director - Consumer & Retail

As a Director at 1Lattice, you will have four key responsibilities. Firstly, you will be responsible for driving business development, which includes owning existing key accounts for repeat business and acquiring new accounts through various strategies such as marketing activities, cold calling, and business discussions. Secondly, you will manage client relationships and ensure high quality project delivery to drive client satisfaction and repeat business. Additionally, you will lead a delivery team in the Consumer & Retail vertical, supervising the research process and generating insights to support clients in making critical business decisions. Lastly, you will play a crucial role in growing and engaging your team, aligning them with the company culture, and supporting their professional development and overall happiness. Your primary focus will be on meeting and exceeding revenue and profitability targets by driving repeat business from existing accounts and acquiring new clients. You will also be responsible for representing the 1Lattice brand, driving sectoral marketing initiatives, and ensuring maximum conversions of leads and proposals. Furthermore, you will lead high impact teams, drive thought leadership in projects, and create compelling solutions to client problems. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate strong industry connections in the Consumer & Retail sector, with the ability to handle senior-level conversations and understand client needs effectively. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in data services, business research, or consulting, particularly in the Consumer & Retail industry. You should possess strong team management skills, analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills. A consistent track record of academic excellence, an MBA degree from a Tier 1 college, and a background in primary and secondary research with Consumer & Retail clients are essential qualifications for this position.
