Associate Director_R2R

As the Senior Manager/Associate Director of R2R GPO, you will be responsible for strategically owning, standardizing, and continually improving the global R2R processes within the organization. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing the global R2R strategy to align with organizational goals and priorities - Defining and enforcing global R2R policies, procedures, and standards while ensuring compliance with local regulations - Acting as the global escalation point for R2R-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder satisfaction - Driving process standardization and harmonization across regions, leveraging technology and best practices - Identifying opportunities to eliminate inefficiencies, reduce costs, and improve cycle times within R2R processes - Leading digital transformation initiatives, such as automation, AI, and analytics tools, to enhance process capabilities - Conducting regular reviews of process performance with stakeholders, identifying and addressing gaps or opportunities for improvement - Partnering with Finance, IT, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of R2R processes into end-to-end operations - Building strong relationships with external service providers - Ensuring compliance with all internal policies, external regulations, and audit requirements related to R2R processes - Developing and maintaining a strong internal control framework to mitigate risks within the R2R function - Mentoring and guiding regional R2R leads and teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning - Leading change management initiatives to drive adoption of process changes across the organization Successful candidates for this role will possess excellent leadership skills and a clear understanding of business dynamics in different markets. A minimum of 10 years of experience is required, with 6+ years in financial management leadership roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.,
